This is a very encouraging post. The scriptur...Ted,<br />This is a very encouraging post. The scripture in Isaiah has comforted me many times. Often, the Lord reminds me of a passage by David that is very similar. <br />1 My heart is not proud, Lord,<br />my eyes are not haughty;<br />I do not concern myself with great matters<br />or things too wonderful for me.<br />2 But I have calmed and quieted myself,<br />I am like a weaned child with its mother;<br />like a weaned child I am content.<br /><br />David said in essence that when things got too bad for him, He climbed up in God's lap like a toddler who is frightened.
